Telephone training, that gets results!

Audrey came highly recommended to us as she has delivered training to other departments at NTU and within the wider Employability team.

Following a few changes within our team we were looking for a session based on customer service specifically when working with students and graduates in the Employability service for our team of frontline Employability Advisers.

Audrey provided a comprehensive training proposal outlining how she would approach the session and we then had a Teams call to discuss our specific requirements and to shape the session. I attended the session alongside the team, and it was brilliant. Audrey has a great delivery style where she has fun with the group but is also honest and challenges attendees in a positive way.

We got fantastic feedback from the team and it really boosted morale.

The training offered by Audrey was something I’ve never experienced before. From her warming personality to the practical activities which really offer a great insight into how you can improve and become the best. She has taken the time to ensure the course and her materials are tailored to meet the groups needs and that expectations are met for all those attending.

I was following Audrey on LinkedIn all through lock down. She caught my eye one day because of her ‘out of the box’ style and her short tips video’s on sales calls and how to communicate effectively.
