OUR
COURSES

We know from experience that past delegates have benefited enormously by mixing with other likeminded individuals in similar roles online or in person. It gives them the opportunity to share good practice and explore tried and tested techniques not just from us but from their peers.

We host effective training skills events for both Business to Business and the Employability, Social Care and Skills sector throughout the year.

Our events are highly interactive and information rich, which means availability can be limited.

You’ll also be pleased to know that any ‘virtual’ or ‘onsite’ event can be tailored for your organisation. Please email: audrey@outshinegroup.co.uk for more details.

WEBINAR – ONLINE TRAINING

Audrey hosts 4-5 free 30-minute webinars per year for the employability, skills, and social care sector.  Please contact should you wish to be notified as soon as dates are scheduled.

During 2026 we’ll be hosting ‘SUCCESSFUL EMPLOYER ENGAGEMENT BY PHONE’ online, specifically for those within the employability, skills and social care sector who make outgoing calls.

If you don’t see anything that’s relevant, please email us with your enquiry.

LOOK WHAT OUR CUSTOMERS SAY!

Audrey recently delivered an Employer Engagement Telephone Skills course for advisers from across the central London boroughs.

This was to support preparation for the new Connect to Work programme that Central London Forward will be managing. Feedback was amazing with everyone saying they feel more confident and ready to make those vital employer calls.

Audrey is a joy to work with, professional and incredibly good at what she does. We look forward to commissioning more Outshine training soon!

Liz Millington – Senior Programmes Manager, CLF (Central London Forward)

The true measure of training is effectiveness.

In two separate companies, we have now had Audrey develop ‘Delivering Excellent Customer Service’ training with results that are important to the businesses involved. Training preparation involves unseen background work, profiling and understanding.

I have found that courses are tailor fitted to the business needs and for me it was critical to work on both tangible and intangible benefits. Scorecards have improved but relationships have also improved with active follow-up, difficult conversations being taken rather than avoided and a professional service being delivered and offered to both new and existing customers.
