Keynote Speaking

“Audrey delivered a fantastic session on employer engagement to the Surrey Choices Employability team at our staff development day. We asked Audrey as members of the team had attended her sessions at BASE. Conferences or at online sessions during the pandemic. We knew that an ‘Audrey session’ would be motivating and uplifting- and she didn’t disappoint!! The session was clear, succinct and practical!! The team came away motivated and entertained!”

What our customers say…

After hearing from an experienced colleague how valuable Audrey’s training was, I was excited to attend her ‘Creating Opportunities by Phone’ course. This 1.5 day virtual training was expertly facilitated by Audrey. I personally have over 20 years’ experience in learning and development and cannot recommend Audrey highly enough. Excellent engagement, individualised learner support and thorough coverage of the theory and practice.

Debra Griffiths , Learning & Development Trainer – Shaw Trust

I initially attended Audrey’s 30 minute ‘Telephone Training’ call and knew from the first time I heard her this lady knew her stuff. Our team had lost confidence in making employer engagement calls over the course of the pandemic so we worked with Audrey to create a bespoke training for them. Audrey did not disappoint. She went above and beyond what I would have expected. The team were very happy with the training delivered and I believe it will make a real difference to our Supported Employment Service, allowing us to create more opportunities for Hackney residents. If anyone is considering booking training I would highly recommend Audrey, she has great knowledge of the sector and no matter how experienced, everyone will learn something from her training sessions. Thanks Audrey.

Caoimhe McKenna , Supported Employment Team Leader – London Borough of Hackney

I’d seen Audrey deliver a number of free sessions on Linked In around Employer Engagement training and instantly knew she would be the perfect coach and trainer for my team. Audrey recently delivered a “Creating Opportunities by Phone” virtual attempt for a team of 20 Account Managers. The course covered the fundamentals of making employer engagement calls, including preparation, setting objectives for the calls, and objection handling. My team is made up of very experienced, and newly recruited Account Managers, and yet Audrey found a way to connect everyone and share some of the existing knowledge and experience within the team to enhance the course content and encourage and support the newer members of staff. The training itself was held via Zoom, which I did have some hesitation over, but I needn’t have worried, Audrey’s energy and enthusiasm made sure everyone was engaged in the course content, and the day really did fly! Here is some of the feedback from the team;
“I loved the idea exchanges and conversations, it was very relaxed and tailored as Audrey was very aware that most, if not all had been involved in the process for some time, I loved her delivery and the fact that we could look away from the screen and learn by the breakout rooms.”

“I genuinely enjoyed the session and thought it was very insightful; not only because it allowed us all to share best practise and give ideas but because Audrey was very engaging and the slides and the way she structured the “lessons” were very well thought out. She enabled us to change our ways of thinking and was very positive. It was definitely worthwhile”

“I found the training valuable as over the years we tend to forget and get set in out day to day ways when contacting new prospect clients, today has reminded me of different tools and ways of how to approach cold calls and a reminder that there is no right or wrong way.”

I am so pleased with the session and would not hesitate to recommend Audrey to any of my network. If anyone is considering the training, please go for it, and if you need any more information about my experience with Audrey, please feel free to drop me a message.
