Returns and Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Outshine Group. If for any reason you would like to return your book, this policy explains how returns and refunds work.

Your consumer rights

This policy is provided in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Change-of-mind returns

If you change your mind, you may return your book within 30 days of receiving it.
To qualify for a refund, the item must be returned in the same condition you received it, with no signs of use or damage.
Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or we made an error with your order.

Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a book that is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it.
We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including the cost of return postage.

How to return a book

  1. Contact us at info@outshinegroup.co.uk to request a return.
  2. We will provide instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Pack the book securely to prevent damage in transit.
  4. Return the item to:

    Please keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.

Refund processing times

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
Your original delivery cost will also be refunded if the return is due to a fault on our part.
